To develop shelter homes-cum-rehabilitation centres for persons with disability, leprosy and mental retardation, children and deserted, separated, divorced, deprived women in difficult circumstances to support suffering elderly population by opening old age homes to establish drug de-addiction centres, rehabilitation of commercial sex workers and to establish, open, set up, promote, run, maintain, assist, support, manage and administer etc. in setting up for maintaining and running various centres for the welfare and development of child, women, youths, old aged and other disprivileged people.
