(a To make survey for the identifications and for the rehabilitation of physically handicapped through various programmes, like supply of fitness aid apparatus etc.

(b) To open schools, colleges and such other allied educational institutions and others for blind, deaf and dumb and disprivileged and to arrange financial aid from different organizations, departments and other sources for their upliftment and development.
